  • Children under the age of 18
  • New or expectant mothers

Outcomes and Benefits after receiving MCH Care:

  • Mothers will be more comfortable in the care of their infants following delivery.
  • Newborns will receive safe care once discharged from the hospital.

  • Nurses are specialized in Pediatric Nursing
  • Nurses attend inservices and instructions on immunizations

Why Choose Us?

  • We have specialized team of nurses who only work with Pediatric cases and healthy mom/baby visits.
  • We work closely with Children and Youth on certain cases.
  • We have seen teenage mother who need teaching to care for their infants.
  • We have recognized problems early in development and worked closely with doctors to provide care at home.
  • We work with the hospice team to care for a dying child.

Staff Reflections on the Services of our MCH Care:

  • “Prefer having nurses visit newborns who do it on a daily bases than the ones who only do it occasionally.”
  • “Wish the agency could do more for the babies who have nothing and need the care.”
  • “These nurses are a special breed to be able to care for sick children.”
