| Description: | Berks Visiting Nurse Association is currently seeking an hourly CSR Scheduler to provide Weekend schedules for client services, answers telephone calls from clients and families regarding scheduling inquiries regarding their home health care providers and maintain records in a manner which complies with Corporation programs and policies. The CSR works under the direction of the Team Leader. The Client Services Representative is responsible for data entry, accessing medical information from the computer to perform scheduling; maintaining current knowledge of billing sources to assure accurate billing; answering the telephone and relaying messages accurately to the appropriate person; scheduling new admissions; contacting staff concerning their schedule changes; contacting clients when necessary concerning the date, day and time of visits, and rescheduling clients as necessary due to planned or unplanned absences. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma, preferably with commercial or business program courses or equivalent experience, experience in health care, preferrably home care setting, ability to read maps and give directions clearly, ability to accept supervision, data entry skills, ability to type 40 words per minute. Must be available for 2 weeks full time (M-F) for orientation before weekend schedule begins. |
