Berks Visiting Nurse Association, a leader in providing home health & hospice services, is looking for per diem RNs to provide quality care to our clients in their homes. One year of med/surg, ED, or critical care experience and computer literacy is all it takes to be considered for employment.

The RN functions under the supervision of the Team Manager, provides skilled nursing admissions and revisits to clients in the home and community health setting, including providing a complete health assessment, reviewing all medication, providing services within the guidelines of the Plan of Care, and maintaining documentation using our state-of-the art laptop computers.

REQUIREMENTS
Interested candidates should have minimum 2 years recent experience in an ED, ICU or other critical care setting, med/surg experience acceptable, home health preferred. Graduation from a State accredited Nursing Program and valid license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.

Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver`s license, automobile insurance, available automobile during working hours, and be able to drive in all types of weather.

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift without weight restrictions, relate to others, write, speak, make independent judgments, listen and use visual acuity and finger dexterity.
