Jennie Strauch was originally employed by the Visiting Nurse Association of Pottstown & Vicinity’s sister agency, Berks Visiting Nurse Association, twenty-seven years ago. She began her tenure as a field staff nurse. In time she held managerial positions for Berks Home Care (now Advantage Home Care) and Berks Visiting Nurse Association. One of her hallmarks over the years was spearheading the development of clinical documentation via laptop computers used by field staff. In 1999 she became PI Manager in Home Health Care Management.

Today, Jennie is responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring quality of care to each client and their families while maintaining a financially sound agency. She also oversees the many on-going services for the community.

Jennie’s one word that describes her job is “rewarding”.
