 Home Health Care Management presents this public service to organizations, schools, businesses, congegrations, and community groups in our twelve-county service areas. Our non-profit Visiting Nurse Associations began providing quality care to our communities in the early 1900's. While continuing to serve our communities, we have expanded our services to include a speaker's bureau. Our professionals are constantly educating our clients on a variety of health care related topics. Now you may request a professional to speak to your group on issues so important to daily living.

Diabetes Bingo - A fun and instructive game this is used as a learning tool is available upon request.

Hospice - This program is an overview of our Hospice Program, including the importance of advanced directives or a durable power of attorney.
Nutrition - The way we eat and the foods we choose make a big difference in our health and how we feel every day. Learn how to eat properly to maximize good nutrition. This topic can be extended to cover various diets for disease treatment and control.
Personal Hygiene - Especially for school-aged children or mentally challenged adults, this program teaches good hygiene practices and why it is important to maintain them everyday.
Volunteerism - Giving gifts of time and talent is important for all of us. Learn about the many opportunities we have available to you.
Wellness for Seniors - This is an adaptation of "General Wellness" program, teaching seniors that they can make everyday a great day.
You and Your Blood Pressure - Learn the importance of maintaining a healthy blood pressure and ways to keep it under control through diet, exercise and healthy living.
